3. Talent Representation
References to individuals on this Site as being "represented," "exclusively represented," or "featured" reflect Beyond Talent Inc.'s current business relationships and are subject to change. Inclusion on this Site does not, by itself, constitute an offer or guarantee of availability for any specific date or engagement.
4. Booking Inquiries & Engagements
Submitting a booking inquiry through this Site does not create a binding agreement. All bookings, fees, deposits, and cancellation terms are subject to a separate written agreement between Beyond Talent Inc. and the client. Availability is not confirmed until such an agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.
5. Third-Party Links
This Site may link to third-party websites (including individual talent's own websites) that are not owned or controlled by Beyond Talent Inc. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
